Seth Allen is a passionate, dynamic, and inspirational leader, with over two decades of experience inspiring others to achieve their best performance. A former professional touring musician, Seth explored and honed the concepts of inspiration and communication through thousands of performances covering all genres of music. Since becoming a United States Marine in 2007, he has received the finest leadership training and experience in the Nation- Leading Marines. Seth Allen incorporates his creative and compelling musical background into his dynamic and interactive leadership talks discussing leadership lessons he has learned from one of the finest leadership organizations on the planet. The end result is a completely original perspective on both music and leadership separately, but also by illuminating connections between the two which no one else has yet made, these lessons will be more relatable than ever before.
